Qualification and Experience:

  • An earned PhD degree in Construction Management or Real Estate Management from a recognized institution
  • At least three (3) years of University teaching experience as Senior Lecturer
  • Successfully supervised at least four (4) Master students and one (1) Ph.D. student, since being appointed as Senior Lecturer.
  • At least four (4) articles in refereed journals since being appointed as a Senior Lecturer.
  • Evidence of successfully applying for a grant either individually or as a group since being appointed as a Senior Lecturer.
  • Evidence of attendance and contribution at learning conferences, seminars and workshops.
  • Current registration by relevant professional body.

  • The terms of service include Basic salary, house allowance, commuting allowance and medical insurance/cover
