Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated Fuel Sales Agents to scout, onboard, and manage fuel clients. Agents will identify high-consumption customers, secure supply contracts, and maintain strong client relationships to support our fuel distribution model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and approach potential fuel clients
  2. Secure contracts with businesses or individuals consuming set targets of litres/month
  3. Maintain regular communication and client satisfaction
  4. Coordinate delivery schedules with operations team
  5. Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales or field marketing experience
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Self-driven with the ability to work independently
  4. Basic understanding of fuel logistics is a plus
  5. Must own a smartphone and be fluent in English or Swahili
  6. Prior experience in B2B sales or transport sector is an advantage
