Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, Educational Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning support, special education, or inclusion leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and inclusive pedagogical practices.
- Experience in team leadership, teacher development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Understanding of child development and a range of learning differences and support strategies.
- Demonstrated experience working with families and engaging them as partners in learning.
- Available to Kenyan and international applicants
- Starting 1 August 2025 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
