ETG Agri Inputs seeks a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and agronomic solutions for floriculture. You'll manage key accounts, deliver tailored crop programs, and lead a team to achieve revenue targets while strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sales & P&L Management: Achieve volume/revenue targets for speciality fertilisers, crop protection, etc. Agronomy Support: Provide crop-specific solutions, diagnostics (soil/tissue tests), and field demonstrations.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct trainings, workshops, and build trust with flower farms & distributors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and provide feedback on product performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Agronomy/Horticulture/Crop Protection. 5+ years in agribusiness, with 3+ in floriculture (sales/account management).
- Knowledge of export flower farms, certifications (MPS, GLOBALG.A.P.), and fertigation.
- Fluent in English/Kiswahili; proficiency in CRM & digital tools.
