- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.
Marketing Strategy Support
- Assist the Senior Marketing Executives in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Brand Representation and Networking
- Represent the company at networking events, industry expos, trade shows, and conferences to build visibility and foster business relationships.
- Actively participate in relevant industry groups to stay updated on market developments and potential leads.
Advertising and Product Knowledge
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the company’s outdoor advertising infrastructure, product offerings, and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet clients’ specific advertising needs.
- Provide accurate and compelling information to clients regarding available advertising opportunities and locations.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Ensure all marketing and client-related documentation is current and properly maintained.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Support the implementation of CRM tools and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Integrity
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standards.
