Responsibility Summary:

  • Develop Product Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive product development strategy.
  • Managerial Responsibilities: Team Leadership, Stakeholder engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Product development & Enhancement, Vendor Management and Performance Monitoring.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in product management, project management, or a related field is desirable

Skills/Experience Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, marketing, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products and services.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
