Interior Architect & Visualization Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Detailing
  • Develop architectural concepts, space plans, and integrated design solutions.
  • Produce full, accurate sets of construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and detailed millwork shop drawings.
  • Ensure design adherence to building codes and regulations.
  • 3D Modeling & Visualization
  • 3 years of experience
  • Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces.
  • Knowledge of Archicad, Sketchup & Vray
  • Generate high-quality, photo-realistic renderings for client presentations and marketing.
  • Develop visual mood boards, material palettes, and finishes within the 3D environment.
  • Bonus: Produce virtual tours or animation walkthroughs.
