MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of experience in garment production.
  • Proficient with sewing machines and tailoring equipment.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit and able to sit or stand for long periods

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cut, sew, repair, and alter garments, ensuring neatfinishes and high quality.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines for high-volume production.
  • Follow stitching specifications, patterns & work orders accurately.
  • Assemble garments with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain sewing machines and report issues.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and keep work areas organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make corrections.
