- Yellow Pages Kenya is a Yellow Pages book publisher and digital agency with a presence in Angola, Kenya, Cape Verde, Tanzania, Sao Tome e Principe, and Mozambique. As they continue to expand their digital and publishing presence, they are seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to drive marketing initiatives and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies (SEO, social media, content creation, campaign management)
- Drive social media engagement and manage analytics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate on product development and new service launches
- Manage partnerships and coordinate with external vendors and agencies
- Organize and support PR activities, including expos and industry events
- Maintain and utilize CRM tools for campaign tracking and client engagement
- Work closely with marketing peers across multiple African countries
- Prepare marketing reports and present insights to the leadership team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role (general marketing experience is sufficient)
- Strong skills in social media engagement and analytics
- Experience using CRM tools for marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multicultural team
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
