Role Overview
- As an Airline Reservations & Ticketing Executive, you will be the face of our multi-brand airline representation at the customer service counter. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and ticketing for our partner airlines. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly service experience for every passenger while upholding the service standards of each represented airline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservations, ticketing, and booking amendments for all represented airlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries on flight schedules, fares, travel policies, and related information.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for each airline partner, ensuring their service standards, policies, and commercial priorities are consistently maintained.
- Handle ticketing issues, cancellations, and changes promptly and professionally.
- Operate and maintain accurate records within airline reservation systems (GDS) and internal databases.
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to support group bookings, special requests, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or travel agency operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of airline reservation systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage queries for multiple airline brands effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, or related field preferred.
