Job Purpose
- The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and experienced in both in-store and direct sales, with the ability to generate revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new customers, business opportunities, and potential markets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service and support before, during, and after sales.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s products, features, and benefits.
- Actively promote new products, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist in visual merchandising and product displays where applicable.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Coordinate with the sales manager on inventory needs and customer orders.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other sales representatives, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or fashion/leather products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an added advantage.
