Job Description
- Set and track monthly sales targets by product and client.
- Achieve/exceed annual budgeted sales across product categories and SKUs.
- Plan customer visits to pitch new business and report progress.
- Execute long-term supply agreements and complete KYC with clients.
- Onboard new customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build and manage customer relationships to drive sales and profitability.
- Develop export markets within assigned regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and report insights to management.
- Submit timely weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
- Implement collection plans to achieve 100% receivables and maximize cash flow.
- Conduct product training to boost brand awareness and knowledge.
