The Group comprises of Madison Life Assurance Kenya Limited, Madison General Insurance Kenya Limited, and Madison Investment Managers Limited. Madison Life Assurance Kenya was originally incorporated under Kenyan Laws in 1988 as Madison Insurance Company Limited (MICK) after a successful merger between Crusader Plc (1974) and Kenya Commercial Insurance Corporation.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Agent role based in Mombasa, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, selling insurance policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes offering expert advice on various insurance products, handling client inquiries, processing insurance claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The agent will also be involved in analyzing financial needs and helping clients make informed choices regarding their insurance and investment plans.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Strong understanding of finance and the ability to provide sound financial advice
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
