Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a Junior HR / HR Executive role 

Preferred Certification

  • CHRP / IHRM Certification (added advantage)
