- Drafting and reviewing legal documents (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Managing emails and calendars
- Organizing files in Dropbox
- Communicating with clients in English
- Proposing process improvements
Requirements:
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Word, G Suite, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Professionalism, discretion, and proactivity
- Experience with electronic filing systems (PACER preferred)
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
