  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Organizing files in Dropbox
  • Communicating with clients in English
  • Proposing process improvements

Requirements:

  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, G Suite, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and proactivity
  • Experience with electronic filing systems (PACER preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
