Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Specialist based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and promoting life insurance products to meet their specific needs. You will also provide excellent customer support, manage policy applications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and regulatory standards. Achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance Sales, including knowledge of life insurance products and services
  • Strong understanding of general Insurance and Health Insurance policies
  • Skills in Insurance Brokerage and the ability to educate clients on available policy options
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certification in insurance or finance-related studies is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
