  • The Night Security Supervisor will oversee all night-time security activities, supervise guards on shift, enforce access control procedures, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure immediate response tany security or safety incidents.

Requirements

Key Experience & Profile Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Prior experience in:

  • Factories, FMCG plants, or large warehouses
  • Night shift security operations
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Guard deployment and supervision
  • Access control and vehicle movement
  • Incident reporting and escalation
  • Ability tmanage and discipline security personnel
  • Physically fit and able tconduct night patrols
  • High integrity with a clean background record

Qualifications

  • Minimum KCSE (Diploma in Security Management is an added advantage)
  • Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes
