We are seeking highly organized, customer-focused Agrovet Sales Representatives to manage our outlets in Molo and Ol Kalou Towns. The successful candidates will oversee daily outlet operations, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and deliver professional advisory services to farmers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Advisory
  • Provide professional and accurate technical advice to walk-in customers to support informed purchasing decisions
  • Conduct over-the-counter sales and consistently achieve assigned sales targets
  • Accurately record all sales and remit proceeds to company accounts in line with internal procedures
  • Register all farmers/customers and maintain an up-to-date digital customer database
  • Inventory & Stock Management
  • Dispatch products to the van sales team and conduct daily sales and stock reconciliations
  • Monitor product movement trends and prepare informed purchase forecasts
  • Ensure effective inventory control to minimize losses, damages, and expiries
  • Conduct scheduled stock takes and submit timely stock status and variance reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all goods received, issued, and dispatched
  • Compliance, Safety & Quality Control
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of agricultural inputs in compliance with KVB, KEPHIS, and PCPB regulations
  • Enforce safety, security, and loss-prevention measures at the outlet
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate in Animal Health Production
  • Registered with the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB) with a valid and active KVB number
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in agricultural inputs sales, with hands-on over-the-counter experience in:
  • Animal health products
  • Crop protection products
  • Strong computer proficiency (POS systems, basic reporting, inventory tracking)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
