This is a hybrid full-time role for an Area Sales Manager based in Syokimau, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned areas, manage client relationships, lead sales teams, and develop strategies for achieving business growth within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also prepare sales reports, provide feedback to senior management, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Accounts Management
- Strong Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Team Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the coffee or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as necessary
