Person Specifications           

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
  • Certificate in Food Production, Food and Beverage Production, Pastry and Bakery or a related qualification from a recognized institution;
  • At least one (1) year experience in a hospital, hotel, or institutional kitchen will be an added advantage;
  •  Valid Food Handler’s Certificate;
  • Knowledge of nutrition, food hygiene, and safety standards;
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours, including shifts;
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications is an added advantage.
