Key Responsibilities
- Guide the coordination of complex scheduling and travel to ensure timely and effective participation in high-level engagements.
- Determine appropriate communication strategies and advise on messaging that reflects the CD’s voice and maintains organizational integrity.
- Conduct document and task management using advanced technology platforms to support seamless collaboration and execution.
- Oversee cross-functional relationships and sustain a culture of excellence, professionalism, and mission alignment across executive initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage complex, multi-phase projects within the CD’s Office, applying all five areas of project management competency to ensure strategic alignment, timely execution, and sustained impact across global and country initiatives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft SharePoint preferred; knowledge of Windows 10 is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise executive-level administrative functions, including calendar management, travel coordination, and strategic meeting planning.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the capacity to advise and represent executive leadership through professional correspondence and stakeholder engagements.
- Proficiency in project management tools and principles, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Advanced technological literacy, including document management systems, task tracking platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
