About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Front Office Manager to oversee and coordinate all Front Office operations. This role places particular focus on ensuring seamless collaboration between Reception, Reservations, and Guest Relations, guaranteeing a smooth guest journey from pre-arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with proven leadership and exceptional guest-service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all units under the Front Office for smooth, efficient operations.
- Ensure seamless check-in/check-out, accurate reservations, and high-quality guest relations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance to ensure exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate Front Office staff to maintain professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5Yrs experience in FO Operations with at least 3Yrs in a supervisory or Managerial role in a 4* or 5* Hotel
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving & decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS System in place
