Our client is a well-established engineering and electrical solutions organization with a strong footprint across East and Central Africa. With decades of industry experience, the organization delivers end-to-end electrical, power, and renewable energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. They seek to engage the services of a HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational HR support while gaining structured exposure to core HR functions and compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance tracking
- Support HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff communications
- Handle employee queries and routine HR administration
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years HR administration or HR generalist experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Kenyan employment law
- High confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
