The Role
The Institutional Advancement and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, diversifying, and securing sustainable partnerships and resources. This includes lead generation, proposal development, donor relations, and the cultivation of strategic alliances.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: At least 5–7 years of demonstrable success in resource mobilization, fundraising, or business development, preferably within the higher education or international development sectors.
- Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration,
- International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Networking Prowess: A strong existing network of local and international donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative departments.
