We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Executive to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs that elevate employee performance, skills, and knowledge across the organizations. The ideal candidate will ensure learning initiatives are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives, maintaining the highest standards of instructional quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training manuals, guides, and learning materials aligned with organizational goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse teams, ensuring clarity, knowledge retention, and practical application.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored programs to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; refine content and delivery based on insights.
- Maintain and update a library of training resources, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives with operational objectives and organizational priorities.
- Coach and mentor employees to apply newly acquired skills effectively in their roles.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate training, learning, or development roles.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to design structured training manuals and learning materials.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; able to engage and motivate adult learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in training tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to measure and evaluate training impact and effectiveness.
