  • The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing tiler engagement programs, managing gift redemption processes, supporting field marketing activities, and strengthening relationships with tilers and other key stakeholders. The role supports brand visibility, customer loyalty, and achievement of monthly marketing and sales support targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, prepare, and execute monthly tiler redemption programs in line with company systems, policies, and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate gift purchasing, delivery, issuance, and tracking to tilers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage inbound and outbound transfer of tiler gifts, promotional items, and marketing materials.
  • Verify tiler gift redemption requests, approvals, and issuance to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Register new tilers into the system and manage monthly barcode collection to achieve assigned targets.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate monthly tiler paving trainings and engagement activities as per the approved marketing calendar.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with tilers to ensure effective usage of the VOSA App and address any challenges encountered.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to tiler registrations, redemptions, trainings, and field activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Perform any other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or a similar field-based role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
