Medical Superintendent

  • Patient safety and quality assurance
  • Regulatory compliance and accreditation
  • Operational oversight of OPD, IPD, ER, ICU, Theatre, and Diagnostics
  • Medical staff leadership, mentorship, and development
  • Stakeholder engagement and strategic growth

Minimum requirements:

  • MBChB/MD from a recognised institution
  • Valid KMPDC registration and practising licence
  • At least 5 years clinical experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
  • Training in healthcare management or quality assurance is an added advantage
