Basic Salary: Kshs. 50,610 – Kshs. 67,110 (Permanent & Pensionable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining active and archival records.
- Ensuring proper classification, indexing and filing of documents.
- Implementing records management policies, standards and procedures.
- Coordinating retrieval, movement and tracking of files.
- Maintaining registry and ensuring security of records.
- Preparing records inventory and records management activities.
- Updating file index.
- Maintaining up-to-date file movement records.
- Performing any other duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Information Science, Library Science or related field.
- At least three (3) years experience in records or registry operations.
- Knowledge of electronic records management systems.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
