Requirements:

  • Drive regional sales growth, collections, and profitability
  • Lead, coach, and manage Branch & Unit Managers
  • Identify new market opportunities and grow customer reach
  • Ensure SOP compliance, audits, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee risk control and fraud prevention
  • Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement plans
  • Analyze data and report on portfolio performance & PAR
  • Manage regional budgets, resources, and staff logistics
