Job Summary

Nexus Staffing Solutions, a leading HR and workforce solutions partner, is recruiting on behalf of a client operating a chain of restaurants in Nairobi. The client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure high standards of customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Control costs, budgets, and operational expenses
  • Manage stock levels, procurement, and suppliers
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial and operational management knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
