Job Summary
C-MAX is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow revenue, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and close sales while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present, promote, and sell C-MAX products/services to clients based on their needs
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits where necessary
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support business growth
- Resolve client queries and complaints professionally and promptly
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven 2 - 3 years’ experience as Sales Associate or similar role..
- Experience in construction materials / interiors / building products (added advantage)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
