  • Diploma/Degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a tours and travel office. Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and safari itineraries.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, itineraries, and reservation documents.
  •  Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
