As a Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance, building and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring that AMACO continues to deliver service beyond the obvious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, select, train, and mentor independent agents and direct sales force.
  • Drive achievement of manpower and sales targets.
  • Source and grow sustainable business for the company.
  • Expand and manage the business portfolio in line with set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum KCSE grade C plain.
  • Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (added advantage).
  • Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in insurance sales.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
