Job Specifications
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail assisting in:

  • Preparing monthly and periodic reports
  • Ensuring general cleanliness of stations and workplace environment
  • Identifying and reporting on assets requiring repairs;
  • Ensuring continuous and adequate supply of office requirements;
  • Providing cross-functional administrative services;
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and identifying any hazards or risks;
  • Monitoring location and movement of equipment;
  • Ensuring timely servicing of office machines/equipment;
  • Preparing transport schedules;
  • Maintaining schedules and vehicle inventory;
  • Maintaining and filing work tickets
  • Preparing reports on vehicle maintenance and fuel.

Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency in computer applications;
  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
