Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years in financial services + 2 years in supervisory/branch leadership.
  • Strong expertise in credit appraisal, portfolio management & risk control.
  • Proven track record of driving sales & hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience leading & developing high-performing teams.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory & compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
  • Station: Mombasa Fulfillment Centre
