Responsibilities

  • Supervise fundis and general labourers
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and instructions
  • Maintain quality control of workmanship
  • Enforce safety standards on site
  • Report daily progress to the Site Agent/Project Manager/Company Directors
  • Monitor proper use of materials and tools

Requrements

  • Diploma in Building Construction or related field-not degree.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman
  • Strong practical knowledge of construction processes Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills 
  • 27 years and above
