Role Overview
Our client is a leading hazardous waste management company specializing in the safe collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste across East Africa. Due to continued growth, the organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand its corporate client portfolio.
The Corporate Sales Executive will lead corporate client acquisition, manage strategic relationships, and position the organization as a trusted partner among top-tier companies. This role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard high-value corporate clients aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead presentations, pitches, and negotiations with C-suite executives and senior managers.
- Develop tailored proposals that address client needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activity.
- Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts with clear ROI value.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and submit performance reports.
- Achieve and exceed corporate sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
- Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing (CIM, CPS, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
