Customer Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate service requests with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Follow up on installations, maintenance, and complaints.
  • Support sales team in customer engagement activities.
  • Prepare customer service reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
