Your Role:
- As Head of Cost Control, you will oversee and optimize our cost management processes.
- You will lead the cost control function, implement effective systems and partner with all departments to ensureseamless, efficient operations.
We're Looking For:
- A Strategic Mindset: You are analytical, detail-oriented and guide by integrity.
- Industry Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in cost control, preferably within a five-star or boutique lifestyle hotel.
- Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in hotel systems (Opera, Micros, Material Control) and advanced financial analysis tools.
- Leadership Presence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor a team and drive a culture of cost awareness.
