They are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning.
Role Purpose
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be responsible for directing go-to-market execution, leading the Business Development team, and building sustainable partnerships and distribution channels aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage the Business Development team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Own the marketing-to-sales funnel, ensuring strong lead generation and conversion outcomes.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Plan and manage campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.
- Define and strengthen the company’s brand narrative, positioning it as a trusted financial partner.
- Drive customer engagement, retention initiatives, and data-driven marketing decisions.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and market insights.
- Identify new distribution channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities to expand market reach.
- Foster innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc) is an added advantage.
- Formal training or certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Growth, or Commercial Strategy are preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years progressive experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
- Strong expertise in integrated marketing strategy, digital tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to increase brand visibility, optimize marketing spend, and drive customer acquisition.
