Role Overview:

Join Mombo Sacco as a Relationship Officer, where your expertise in customer relations will enhance member satisfaction and engagement. You will play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships, providing personalized financial guidance, and supporting the growth of our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with members through regular engagement, ensuring a positive and supportive customer experience.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to each member's aspirations and economic well-being, promoting financial empowerment and success.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new members, ensuring they understand and benefit from Mombo Sacco's offerings.
  • Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Organize community events and financial literacy sessions to enhance member involvement and educate them about available financial products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between members and the finance and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in enhancing member experience and expanding service offerings.
  • Encourage active member participation by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and ensuring their continued engagement with our services.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer relations or financial advisory roles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services preferred.
