KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in menu preparation and food production.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy kitchen.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
