Role Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the position holder will take full ownership of branch operations, providing strategic, operational, and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Leadership: Oversee the full spectrum of branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and uphold AA Kenya’s brand promise.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and inspire branch teams to achieve high performance and accountability.
  • Marketing & Brand Visibility: Execute localized marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance, effective administration, and seamless day-to-day branch operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations.
