Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct theoretical and practical lessons in communication skills.
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes ofwork and training materials.
  • Supervise students' projects and industrial attachments.
  • Evaluate and assess students' competencies in communication skills.
  • Participate in curriculum development and implementation.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness and order in training areas.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English, Linguistics, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • TVET Trainer Certificate (Pedagogy).
  • MUST be Registered as a Trainer with TVETA.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching or industrial experience.
  • Computer literate
