Oxyplus International is seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to lead recruitment and support effective staff management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes 
  • Oversee day-to-day staff administration and employee relations
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Support performance management and staff development initiatives
  • Address workplace issues and promote a positive work environment
  • Coordinate training and internal communication activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources
