Key roles include:

  • Leading 24/7 shift planning, coverage, and handovers
  • Supervising on-site teams and service vendors
  • Coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities
  • Managing site services including security, cleaning, facilities, and handyman support
  • Supporting and overseeing client deployment activities on-site
  • Acting as the first line of response for operational incidents
  • Tracking KPIs, SLAs, task completion, and team/vendor performance
  • Enforcing operational procedures, safety standards, and site compliance

Ideal profile:

  • Strong in operations leadership and team supervision
  • Able to manage vendors, site discipline, and service delivery
  • Comfortable working in a high-availability, customer-facing environment
  • Focused on uptime, accountability, and operational excellence
