Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors is an added advantage.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
