Are you passionate about helping customers and creating great experiences? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Must be available to start immediately)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Completion
- Coordinate order fulfillment and product availability
- Customer Satisfaction
- Provide professional customer service
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Complaint Resolution
- Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly
- Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up
- Payment & Warranty Processing
- Support accurate payment processing
- Assist customers with warranty claims and processing
- Payment Accuracy & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy in payment handling and records
- Adhere to company cash handling procedures
- Delivery & Aftersales Support
- Coordinate timely deliveries and order fulfillment
- Support aftersales services including returns and exchanges
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
