About the Role

  • As the Regional Consumer Insights & Brand Growth Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to brand teams by translating complex consumer, shopper, and market data into actionable growth opportunities.
  • You will lead brand-building analytics, innovation research, media optimization, and insight generation that strengthen brand love and drive long-term business performance.
  • You will work across multiple business groups and collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Development, R&D, Finance, and leadership teams to deliver breakthrough insights and impactful business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics on brand health, brand power, and consumer behavior to support medium- and long-term brand growth
  • Integrate multiple data sources such as brand studies, social listening, search insights, market trends, and primary research to drive innovation pipelines
  • Support innovation and renovation projects from ideation and co-creation to final testing and launch
  • Develop compelling customer growth stories for new product innovations
  • Lead priority research initiatives including product launch evaluations and post-launch effectiveness studies
  • Identify disruptive consumer insights and emerging trends to fuel innovation and brand-building strategies
  • Design cost-effective research programs and scale agile research methods and tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure insight-led decision making across the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Analytics, Brand Management, Commercial Development, Finance, or related functions
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence in working with data and numbers
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects
